Immersive Simulations with ALERTSim Platform
DICE-CON 2024 featured special sessions utilizing the ALERTSim emergency simulation platform developed by Bell Immersive. Utilizing Web 4.0 and Virtual Reality Technologies, these sessions provided valuable insights into Emergency Skill Management for the modern age.
Tailored to crisis and disaster management encompassing industrial emergencies as well as climate events, these simulations tested responders in Strategy, Situational Awareness, Resource Allocation, Coordination, and other critical emergency skills.
Participants learned about ALERTMap, a research-based Cognitive Architecture System designed to measure skill development, address skill decay, and deliver AI-driven insights for future simulation training.
